From farmers, butchers, chefs, friends, family, to everyone in between, people and the community are what make our food experiences so special. Open Hearth Gatherings brings together all the people that participate in our food experiences into a gathering of the community.

The Land
A central part of nourishment comes from the land and at Open Hearth Gatherings, giving thanks to the land is central to our mission. Our experiences focus on feeling grounded in our surroundings: the land our food came from, the land the animals we consume gained nourishment from, and the land that hosts us.

The Food
Whether it is the vegetables we eat or the animals we raise and gain nourishment from, we are grateful for every aspect of the living ingredient we ultimately consume. Cooking them over an open fire, slowly and methodically, is how we celebrate these precious ingredients.
